End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and LaunchYourApp ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our") regarding your use of the RockPicture mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
1. Acknowledgement
You acknowledge that this Agreement is between you and LaunchYourApp only, and not with Apple. LaunchYourApp is solely responsible for the App and its content. This Agreement does not provide for usage rules that conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions as of the Effective Date.
2. Scope of License
We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. This license allows you to access and use the App through Family Sharing or volume purchasing, where applicable.
3. Maintenance and Support
LaunchYourApp is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the App, as specified in this Agreement or as required under applicable law. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the App.
4. Warranty
LaunchYourApp is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be LaunchYourApp's sole responsibility.
5. Product Claims
